Email or mail me your sketch, your basic needs, and your top two proposals.  I will analyze your proposals and send you back a side-by-side comparison.  This includes a list of five customized questions for each proposal to help you narrow down which company you should use.  The cost for this service is a $99 consulting fee with results returned to you within 48 hours of payment, plan, needs, and proposal receipt.

E-mail me or mail me two proposals.  I will analyze the proposals and compare them side-by-side.  I will then call and ask the 5 customized questions for each proposal to the home companies you chose.  Then I will relay the information back to you in the form of a written report followed by a personal phone call and assessment of your project.  The cost for this service is a $199 consultation fee with results returned to you within 48 hours of payment, plan, needs, and proposal receipt.

I will conduct an initial interview with you.  During this interview I will analyze your budget, needs, plans, and proposals.  I will contact your two top home companies and negotiate the best price and material package with each company.  Then I will return a report to you along with a recommendation on which company would be the best to choose.  The cost for this service is a consultation fee of $299.

Three Company Personal Negotiator

I will conduct an initial interview with you.  During this interview I will analyze your budget, needs, plans, and proposals.  I will contact your three top home companies and negotiate the best price and material package with each company.  Then I will return a report to you along with a recommendation on which company would be the best to choose.  The cost of this service is a consultation fee of $349.

Package Energy Code Compliance

Does your package meet the codes of your local building department in regards to energy efficiency?  Why would you purchase a package that does not?  I will run a nationally recognized Residential Energy Check for your home, plan, and proposal.  This will allow you to see beforehand if your insulation values are adequate.  A minimum requirement for anyone wanting to buy a package that meets their needs.  Send your jobsite location, plan, and proposal.  $99 per company proposal.
